Milligan Creek

A small Greenbrier County karst spring creek meandering through sinkhole-pocked limestone farmland. Behaves like a miniature meadow spring creek with dense scud and sowbug populations and selective wild trout.

Access is limited and largely private — verify legal access and any landowner permissions before fishing.

Confirm current WVDNR regulations (some Greenbrier-valley reaches carry catch-and-release or artificial-only rules — boundaries change).

Scuds, sowbugs, midges, BWOs, and tiny Pheasant Tails on 6X are the staples.
